Arrests just announced today in Akron at a residential location. It actually doesn't state that in the article. However looking up the offenders on Akron municipal case search you can see its a residential address. Which again, these guys could have avoided if they simply looked up the auditors website and seen that it was owned by the land reutilization company. Incognito isn't enough. Be sure to clear your dns cache frequently, or anyone with access to your PC can see any site you've visited.

Clearing your cache only works if you are using an old school, spindle hard drive. Most computers these days and pretty well all smartphones use solid state drives and memory; all data written to a SSD is recoverable, even if it's encrypted. It just takes longer if it's encrypted, but is all there.

The only thing you're really doing by clearing your cache is making it so an SO can't easily track what you're doing or have done.
