May also be forum issue. I have pasted some links in posts that get modified slightly and don't work. If I go back and edit the post can fix them to work.

Usually the closing HTML tag is put in the wrong place and needs to be moved. Which is why I always test any link I post to make sure it works or needs to be fixed.
