Yes, 2006 sounds about right to me. Not exactly sure if they were the pioneers, but they were the first to me. I've experienced all of them with SAG. As for photoshop, pretty much every girl has photoshopped pics to some extent. In my view, "photoshopped and "real" pics aren't mutually exclusive. For me, "real" means I can tell without doubt that the girl behind the door is the girl in the pics, regardless of photoshop.
