OTC and UTC allowed, but she made me wash my hands before UTC, LOL. I actually like that she is hygienic. Followed by standard HE finish. That was good service. Maybe you think that's the best service based on reports in Wilmington but there are a few ladies in the Raleigh area who go above and beyond the typical HE experience.
