Coming east on 94, I got off at the Sargent Rd exit. My GPS kept calling it Ann Arbor Road, I think. There's a Wendy's on the corner, a "spa", then a couple of buildings down is McDonald's.

I think with Robert Kraft the police actually snuck in and planted the video cameras somehow. My concern would be the establishment hiding them and keeping recordings on file possibly. This would be dumb as hell on their part but we know stupid people exists.

That had to be the case since a business installing a hidden cam in a place where the "Expectation of Privacy" exist is illegal, even phoolish Phil could counter with a lawsuit. Thus, if Phil didn't already open his mouth, he could have rebutted with "I left in a hurry cause she touched me inappropriately and I felt uncomfortable". A simple case of he said she said.

You're right that the cameras were placed inside. You'll also recall that the Florida appeals court threw out the use of the video at trial because the planting of the cameras in the room was considered too invasive, given the crimes that were trying to be investigated.

Businesses have security cameras everywhere. I would expect that there are plenty of MPs where you would be filmed going in or out by someone else's camera that just happens to spot you. Look around you.

I hope not. That would be insanely unethical but it happens. Robert Kraft was caught via cameras in the private room ceilings for example. However, many places have obvious cameras in the parking lot, in the entrance, and in the waiting areas. Like they don't even try to hide them. It's just an assumed risk in the hobby. If they're determined to, they will find a way to identify you.

So I struck out pretty hardcore at Cricket, Bogarts and Henry VIII. Couldn't find anything that I was willing to part ways with my money over (especially since I couldn't find any of my regulars the whole week). I'm guessing covid killed a lot of the girls going into the clubs that I used to see. Anyway, I noticed Spring Wellness on my way from the airport so I figured I would swing by and get a foot massage if they had chairs or something more if it resembled the type of place that will give extras. I ring the doorbell and a granny with a stained sweater and disheveled hair opens the door and mumbles for me to follow her. She looks like she just woke up (and it's 6 pm) so I ask if there's any other girls working (she looked as flat as an ironing board). She says yes and in comes "Betty". Total GILF, some really nice tits and decent body. Way better personality, too. I think it's weird that the 30 min is $60 (seems high but I'm willing to risk it). Unfortunately, lost my ass financially over the weekend, so no buffer for any additional fun activities. Decided to stop at McDonald's off of Ann Arbor Road to grab a bite along my 3 hour drive home and end up seeing the spa just 3 doors down. Maybe next time I guess.

I would be curious to know if they have video recording of Phil grabbing the woman inappropriately at all? If they do, then does that mean every customer at ever spa is recorded with all the woman? That could mean an eventual bust for tons of people. If there is no video, then it is his word against hers. I have to say if they have video that should make everyone nervous about being recorded in private rooms.

Is there any chance that Phil could be charged with sexual assault or gross sexual imposition if in fact he grabbed as the report says he did?

I wish they followed the same protocol as you mentioned. While I was enjoying peace and quiet with a great massage from Suzy, a loud monger comes in and they put him in the room next to me. After his loudness and the Korean language chatter between Suzy and the other girl, it finally goes silent. Either he died or fell asleep because I didn't hear another peep out of him. It would be nice if the city would let these AMP's put the doors back on the rooms so customers could relax in peace and quiet. Suzy is a pretty girl though, she's fit and also provides a good massage with standard ending. I'd repeat.

That's not the norm, sounds like it was just unfortunate timing with the jerk that happened to come in when you were? I haven't seen Mikki since she was at Hawaii Spa but I believe she's currently at Lucky Spa, not Oriental. Someone who's been there more recently can confirm.
