So unless the 9th circuit ties the world back to the gravitational elements of relativity, mayor yoga pants is about to put 1 billion into housing the lunatics, degenerates, drug addicts, trannies, fuck ups, and losers on skid row.

He is apparently going to ask single women first to accept housing.

I've seen her a couple times walking on 7th. Tried to pick up her once but seemed like she was in a rush to get to her tent on Wall to get high. She's good looking and looks to be more in her 30's. Her tent is on Wall between 6th and 7th.
