I had a similar experience yesterday. Met me at the door and said she needed money to pay her neighbor to watch her kid. I just left. She wasn't happy and it didn't feel like a rip off given the house and kid but it just didn't feel right. Plus it is never good when a kid is around that type of situation.

I told her I forgot something in my car and bolted.
