    Plant based diet?

Coming back to the topic...ED is more likely on a plant-based diet than one that doesn't exclude animal products.
Humans require protein, obviously, but it is important to note that we require a COMPLETE protein for our body to use it. We could eat 20 lbs of wheat protein a day, but we wouldn't be able to use it to maintain our bodies because it is an incomplete protein. Plant based diets for humans are a science, if you want to stay healthy. You must eat MANY different plant based protein sources with all the different proteins so they complement each other and the body can use them as a whole.

If you are just going to eat a bunch of carrots and a loaf of bread a day, prepare to have major medical issues over time. My doctor says in his experience, no one is more sickly that his "vegan" patients, because they don't put any effort into choosing complementary protein sources.

Theoretically, a vegetarian diet can be very beneficial to our health, but most of us don't have the knowledge, training, and motivation to do it correctly. It ends up being a full time job. Not just a meal!

    Moderation and Stress control

Moderation is key to most things in life. Giving up all sugars, fat and carbs is firstly crazy, bad for overall health and unsustainable. Especially if you are like me and like to eat and enjoy life. Balance is key. Eat in moderation. Keep red meat as part of the diet but also incorporate more fluids (water is king) and eat leaner cuts. Every 2 weeks or so I reward myself with a ribeye. I tried everything in the book and got my numbers down. But then also realized it was not sustainable. Although I still have health problems. I am a lot better for the last 2-3 years by just reducing portion sizes. A little disciple over not over eating and keeping a balanced. But yet yummy diet. Due to my sugar issues. That is one area where I am a little more strict. Eat pasta / rice only one serving 2 times a week. But overall this is a diet I can at least live with. Honestly there is no one size fits all. Just figure out what works for you. But the general guidelines are moderation, portion controls and keeping stress levels low (walking / running or deep breathing). Mental health is very underrated. But trust me. Keeping stress down can greatly impact every other aspect of your life. Easier said than done. I wish you all the best my friend, fast break.

Try it religiously and hit the gym twice a week short burst exercise. Do deadlifts squats and goo home. Thank me later. Oh and cut down the soda as well.

My blood pressure was so high (170/110) that she said I was a walking stroke victim, I found out that my body was have allergic reactions to many of the foods that I eat (which is why I always felt miserable), then I found that I had sleep apnea so bad that my blood oxygen levels drops to 82 (when I sleep, lastly my testosterone level was incredibly low.

So, I could just keep doing what I'm doing and die or make changes. So, I changed my diet (and immediately lost 15+ lbs), started taking meds for blood pressure (it's now 122/75), started taking testosterone pills (which give me much more energy and makes me want to fuck everything that moves and probably some things that don't move). I'm still on the fence about the C-Pap, I don't like the idea of sleeping with tubes attached to me, but if I use one and feel much better then I'll probably end up doing it. There is zero reason that you should have limp dick at 49.

When looking at a regular ad not really looking to see a hair leg. WTF Seems like this chick has had multiple profiles.

    SBs who be like:

SB: I'm mostly looking for a traditional FWB arrangement.

Me: Great, me too. Would you be able to host?

SB: No, sorry, I can't. Can you? Where would you like to meet?

Me: No, I can't host either. We could get a room?

    SB: OMG NO! I'm not a hooker! {blocks me}.

    -facepalm-.

Not because you needed the money for rent, but because your public demanded it!

Another is "I'll leave you wanting more. " That's essentially saying your plan is to not have me satisfied by the end of the visit.

And one of my favs is "I'll do all the things your wife / girlfriend won't" but then her list of NOs is a mile long.

I also hate use of the term "VIP" which has no consistent definition. It's a means for girls to fragment their menu and up-charge.

One of my clients is a provider that used to be on the other board. She was somewhat popular, but I never saw her (saw her photos though, dammmmmmnnnnn). Six years ago, she left and started a non-sex related business that has a profit of about about $250 K-300 K / year. It's impressive because she doesn't have much more than a high school education but she always says, "Turning tricks gives you every skill you need to be successful in business. " Anyway, she hasn't "worked" since 2015 and she says she still gets several e-mails a month from old clients asking if she's available. She never responds (but she's still flattered), so they keep trying. I can see someone that doesn't have something going on in their life thinking that because people still contact her that they must all want her back.

The word "generous" in a providers ad means they think they're doing you a huge favor taking your hundreds of hard-earned dollars to rent you their used pussy for a few minutes. And sometimes, depending on who it is, they are.

    Dick.

"A little about myself. Blah, blah, blah". I don't care at all. It's not a dating profile it's an add.

"Shakes, drinks, aroma candles, spa like atmosphere, fresh towels". I'm not going to a spa, I don't want a protein drink, I'm there to stick my cock in your holes. That's it. Oh, and you better have a fresh towel for me when I'm finished. It's as dumb as a car add informing it has tires.

90% of what is written in adds (especially on "the board") is just plain stupid.
