Saw CLM Bella myself today, so can give a report. I'll add a summary to my next edition of the full list.

She's one of the younger girls on the roster, looks mid to late 20's. Latin girl, she is pretty thick. I would argue chubby, because she's not quite curvy enough to meet the real definition of thick. But whatever. She's got a cute face but minimal makeup when I saw her. One one hand it probably made her look younger but on the other it gave her more of a waitress look than a sexpot look.

I just call or text. Don't think I ever filled out their form.

The $160 is the door fee, and anything else that happens after that is up to the girl. Having said that, I've only gotten HR a couple of times and didn't pay anything extra for it (mainly because I wanted more and it wasn't available). Every other time I've gotten more. A couple of times I didn't even pay extra for that but usually that's where the upcharge is.

I don't think anybody has had to pay extra for L1, but that's not a guarantee.
