Testosterone is relevant and definitely worth checking. What's even more relevant to dick performance and practically everything else that goes sideways is the excess weight many of us carry.

But men's reproductive health and changes in sexual functionality should be treated by a urologist. Every single urologist I've ever seen - and regrettably I've seen many - zeros in on your junk and and the nuts and bolts of what makes the damn thing work.

When I talked about testosterone with my doctor, she put me on weekly injections. Didn't notice any change in my ability to function going that way. What pills are you taking, and are they prescription? Thanks.

Look at post #658 and #770 for my pictures, which imo are still smoking hot. She was beautiful. Like her way better as brunette. She went by Lucky back then before she went to the other board and disliked talking bb anything and increased her rates to the GPS standard. You know she is a very sweet and submissive girl. I'm happy for her if she is getting more her worth and all that of course but I'm just not playing with that $$$ and above range ever. You spending $$ for an hour, I'll just go get a reg civilian take her out and play with her for the whole night and days afterwards. Pay for them to leave you alone after, nsa. Her VIP is $$ hr and $$. 5 I think. I use to get that for $ cip and all that. I recommend you look at the two aforementioned post. Made me smile seeing them again. She was sweet, sexy, submissive and fun.

Posts: 1384The CPAP will save your life. You don't want to suffocate in your sleep. They're also not that expensive these days and you won't notice the mask.

I would heartily (excuse the pun) recommend the CPAP. As a heavier monger, and older, it has saved my life. I had a sleep study, they came in a panic in the middle of the night to pump me full of O2, my oxygenation was like 35, they thought I was going to stroke out on them right then. I used to have terrible reflux at night, as well as other issues, CPAP changed all that. In testing after, they found I had all ready hard a small stroke years ago. They could see it on the MRI, old though, but scary enough. I've been using my mine for 20+ years now. I could never sleep with out it again, carry one on my Harley when I travel, have one in my toy hauler, any chance that I might be invited to stay the night with a honey, have a travel one as well. White noise, good oxygenation, life is much better now. Just my 2 cents as it is an important issue. It takes a few days to get used to it, especially at the pressure I needed but it turned out to be a godsend. Good luck.

Posts: 1544You're not even 50. Go to the doctor and find out what's going on. I went to the doctor for the first time in about 5-6 years several months ago and found out all kinds of shit. My blood pressure was so high (170/110) that she said I was a walking stroke victim, I found out that my body was have allergic reactions to many of the foods that I eat (which is why I always felt miserable), then I found that I had sleep apnea so bad that my blood oxygen levels drops to 82 (when I sleep, lastly my testosterone level was incredibly low.

So, I changed my diet (and immediately lost 15+ lbs), started taking meds for blood pressure (it's now 122/75), started taking testosterone pills (which give me much more energy and makes me want to fuck everything that moves and probably some things that don't move). I'm still on the fence about the C-Pap, I don't like the idea of sleeping with tubes attached to me, but if I use one and feel much better then I'll probably end up doing it. There is zero reason that you should have limp dick at 49.

If you were diabetic you'd shoot yourself up with drugs daily (at least), all so you could enjoy another candy bar.

However, many decades ago my father taught me, "Quitters never win, and winners never quit", so I understand your position.
