Is do a Google image search. Very simple by clicking on any pic in the ad. You'll see a clickable link to search it. Once you do that, you'll see the various cities and states where this ad has been placed. Second giveaway, is the explicit nature of the pics as well as the wording. As the other poster noted, in the location they posted the number. My apologies because I said spammer, but really meant to say spam and scammer.

I know you mentioned asking for a specific picture which is good. Make it get specific, ie certain fingers displayed, writing the date in a mirror on lipstick usually sends them running. Just because they didn't ask for a donation up front doesn't mean they won't. They can turn it on you sending you to a website to verify yourself.
