I have heard of action at Camels Breath Inn, off of Friars Rd. In the Grantville area.

I've been to Camels a few times with friends for Happy Hour. I wasn't really looking but I don't remember anything standing out in the bar.

Best bet is to find out where the WestPac widows are hanging out. Too bad TL is gone but I'm sure some of the dive bars in NC might be worth checking out.

Question from an out of towner please guys. Staying in Mission Valley at the Hilton coming up on a business trip and will be there a few days. No car but will have to take a taxi / Uber.

I guess value depends on number of visits.

I don't know what the scene is like now with the COVID thing going on, but Bully's East and Benihana in that area (probably walking distance) both has a bar and used to be fun 5 plus years ago. On the other side of the freeway are also a couple of hotels that has / had some nice bars as well, but I forgot their names.
