However, I just recently thought of this. If you are afraid of taking a picture of your driver's license (as well you should be), why don't you just get a fake I'd? College students get them all the time. I know some of you are going to say, "Buying a fake I'd is against the law. " This is true, but so is seeing an escort for sexual favors. I don't understand why you would think, "It's OK to hire an escort," but, "I draw the line at getting a fake I'd. " Both are illegal, and I don't know if one of these acts carries a different level of charge. Is seeing an escort a misdemeanor? What about having a fake I'd?

I am not trying to be condescending, but I can't believe that I am the first man to ever think of this.

If you have or have not considered a fake I'd, could you explain your reasoning in regard to what you chose to do? I have considered getting a fake I'd, but I am sure there are repercussions that I have not thought of.

Honestly, if the only reason you're considering this is to have something to text to providers, you're better off photoshopping something together, printing and clipping it, and taking a picture of that. The 'fake IDs' most college students get are usually passed-around expired licenses of someone's older sibling that they only need to flash to a bouncer or cashier in a cheap liquor store. Actually taking someone else's info or fake info into a DMV or passport office and trying to get a real ID made is in a whole different league, which I think crosses into felony level at least in IL. Keep in mind how rampant identity theft is right now. Unemployment agencies have been ripped off of millions in COVID aid by people using fake info. Any agency that issues any kind of official ID is going to be on hair trigger sensitivity for anything that doesn't look right.

For every girl who makes this request most of us find unreasonable, there have to be 10 that don't. And I'm assuming there have to be some girls who cater to convention crowds like yours, so my advice would be to shop for variety. But, just like in any discussion about prices, safety, etc. , everybody has their own mental calculus about what a single sexual experience is worth, so I'm sure there are different opinions.

There are a few variables you have to think about in regards to a fake ID. Getting a fake ID to get through an escort screening sounds easy on the surface. Pre 9/11 it would be easy as pie. As most licenses didn't have bar codes. Also background check based on DL has never been easier now. Everything is available electronically now. If the escort wants to see it in person, there are machines that can scan to validate it's legit. Not that every escort is going to go all out on your background check, but they could. They also can get a decent amount info if you use your regular phone.

I digress, getting caught by LE with a fake I'd is no joke (especially after 9/11). Get that retainer ready for your attorney unless you want a criminal record. Even then, it will be hard to get out of it. If you aren't a young college student, just trying to buy booze, you're going have some explaining to do. I don't think, "I have it to fool an escort so she can trust me" is going to work.

Charges for getting caught with escort varies depending on where you get caught and how strong a presence the DA wants. A lot of areas issue citations (non criminal) because the burden of proof is much less and it's a much easier money grab. Oh don't get me wrong, they will arrest you and give you a mug shot but it's all for show and to put an arrest on your record. I'd put it similar to a reckless driving ticking. You don't have a criminal record but you may have an arrest on your record because of it.

Please note, there are some cities that have misdemeanor (criminal) laws on the books. Just remember, the burden of proof gets much higher and reasonable doubt comes into play, as well as public criminal charges and public records. It's definitely recommended to get a good criminal attorney if you get this kind of jam. And remember, this isn't legal advice. I just stayed a holiday inn last night.

Yes paying for sex from a hooker is illegal. And we all know that. But most of us lessen or eliminate any law enforcement entanglements by using this chat board.
