Or someone I can go see personally out here or maybe someone who will come to where I'm staying? Hope you bring a wheelbarrow of cash. That's how much those downtown Atlanta spas cost. Plus they'll haul you in and out like cattle. You should hit up therapy plus off of Windy Hill and Atlanta Rd in Smyrna / Marietta.
