You better look carefully into the legal aspects of this because being a parent is considered to be a privilege by the law, not a right. You knock her up, you are on the hook for child support until the kid turns 18 if she decides to come after you. It doesn't matter what she says or what you sign. I know this firsthand from an ex-gf and I'm still paying child support today despite what we agreed to prior to the delivery. The laws also vary by state so make sure you consult with and attorney in your state.
