I've been doing this a very long time now, and I have to admit that this is the lowest ebb in choices and quality ever. Aside from the "just don't do it, ever" mentality when it comes to deposits, there's an intermediate step for the scenario you describe. Dig deeper into the review you referenced. Was it left by someone with a track record of credible reviews? It's not uncommon for a girl / pimp to create an account to post a fake review or reviews. If the very first review is an overwhelmingly glowing report about a girl who looks too good to be true or who has a history of negative reviews, it's probably a scam. If the reviewer has a few reviews but they are mostly or all about the same girl, ditto. If the ad itself has obvious red flags but a review tells you to see her for a great time, believe the ad.
