So this is a little early, but I kinda wanted to get started since I imagine the search could take some time.

My birthday is next month, and I was kinda hoping to make an overnight appointment with a provider. Primary requirement for me would be GFE. I've been doing this a very long time now, and I have to admit that this is the lowest ebb in choices and quality ever. My theory is it could be tied to the stimulus, which just gave a lot of girls less incentive to bother advertising for a while.
