I've said it before and I'll say it again: there's no reason Uncle LEO should go after consenting adults simply because an exchange of money is involved.
Community complaints is a major reason AMPs close.

The only place where I'm certain was "Fun City Asians" in Philadelphia in 2010. They had a flat door fee of $160 and $100 of it went to the girl and $60 to the house. No tipping needed, though I did tip and extra $20 or $40 sometimes. But, the girl had to kick in for the laundry lady and the cook and maybe other tings that I don't remember.

Only surprise to me is that the house keeps only half of the door fee. I would have guessed the house keeps more.

The only part I care about is the bit with the seventeen year old, by the time I got out of high school I thought myself too mature for them and never looked back, but this dude went too far. For the rest of his mongering I just got this to say it is probably because of perverts like this dude that so many women think their pussy is a gold mine.

I don't see any pictures of the 17 year old hooker.

    Deluxe Plaza on 40

    From today's news:

Police were summoned by a manager at the Deluxe Plaza Motel at 640X Pulaski Highway on March 28, around 11:30 am, who said that the occupant of a room had not checked out. Patrol officers went to the motel and found Ashley L. unresponsive, and she was pronounced dead at the scene.

Uncle LEO has no business arresting or prosecuting consenting adults engaging in sex simply because an exchange of money is involved. I hope this decision doesn't give the green light to pimps or traffickers who hold and exploit providers against their will.

Baltimore has much more serious crime problems at this time than drug possession or sex work. The city has been going to hell in a handbasket since the riots six years ago. And one of their most recent mayors is currently in federal prison after a corruption conviction. We'll see how this change in policy works out in the long term.

    RE: willing vs trafficked

That line is too fine, IMO. Especially for the SW scene.

Is a lady addicted to narcotics and looking to make enough to score her next fix really willing? This is one reason, of many, why I don't play here, but that's my preference.

I myself couldn't enjoy a girl if she's part of the system. I'm horny, not evil.

I've heard the cops will grudgingly make an arrest knowing the person will be back on the street in a couple of hours and the charge will prolly be dismissed.
I have been pinched for other things where I was given the central booking tour and released without charge and that is a pain in the ass. Someone else mentioned increased violence and what not but I don't see it as a result but let's face it we can't have women blowing men in cars with abandon. Who wants to be out and about with kids and seeing people doing the car date thing with abandon, the cops must enforce that.

I don't see that connection at all. I don't think the police are around to protect mongers and providers, so no I don't think so.

Exactly. I know everyone likes it when the cops give us a break. I mean if one cop catches us at something and is of the mind I am going to overlook this because the the may not prosecute the case another may be of the mind that its the law and I must arrest. Inconsistency and selective law enforcement is brings chaos.
