Turns out to be Sunrise 8 Spa. Don't recognize it but decide to TOFTT. Based on the pics posted that day, I pick a hot blond named Amber. Place is in a busy strip mall and is a bit hard to find. Parking lot was full on a Friday evening with lots of diners. Almost gave up, but found a spot and headed inside.

Could be a coincidence, or it's because the girl went to go grab lunch or isn't there whatever. But when it happened to me, the girl at the front desk sent a different girl into the room that wasn't her So I don't think it's about stealing customers.
