It sounds like the guys who are funding it just want their own private club to hang out at, and fly in a half dozen strippers from Texas or Vegas every week to fuck around with outside the club and will toss in a few locals. It doesn't sound like a sustainable strip club / brothel model based on traditional assumptions, like girls wanting to make $1,000+ in the club from "dances" vs straight escorting but who knows. Doesn't sound like they care.

This doesn't sound like something intended to make money, assuming the people doing it know anything about the Detroit market.

Stopped by SC about 4 Pm, only 3 dancers (Leah, Cassandra and another one I had not seen before) and maybe 4-5 cust, the girls were either with their regulars or in the dressing room, waited about 45 min and left.

Stopped by LS, lots of girls there but they all had GPS, I was getting quotes of $5, negotiated down to $3 but still a no go for me. I will not spend more than $2 at a club. Stayed for about an hour and left.

Ended up at BT night shift, about 10 girls however there was a large party at the top booths and all the girls stayed there. I was sitting at the bar with couple more guys, we all tried to get the girls attentions but for the 45 min I was there no girl came over by the bar. Left with my wallet mostly full minus valet and cover at BT's.

I would imagine the degree of difficulty finding a city who is willing to accept such an establishment. RO, for one, doesn't want that type of element in their backyard. It's easier to set up in Detroit.

This sounds like it MIGHT be ok in a wealthy suburb, assuming zoning can be had. Like a cigar / martini / country club vibe but mixed with strip club or bikini bar. Take clients for lunch or friends from out of state. I'm not taking a client to the hood or anyplace in Detroit proper aside downtown. Hell the only clubs I'd recommend in that position is, SC, BTs, flight club, landing strip, safeish local, higher end feel. Just my. 02 for the money they're wanting, no extras and the legitimate w2 with benefits dancers. Seems that place might do well in Royal Oak, Novi, Ann Arbor with a non strip club outside.

It's called "The Office". It's $2,500 per year. They claim if you don't sign up right now it's going up to $5,000 per year soon. It includes Valet, Cover, and nothing else. You still pay for food and drinks. The back area just has a bench and no curtains or anything private. I don't see how this could survive. Since it's not well equipped for "dances", most of the girls are just expecting you to pay them to sit and talk with you.

Thank you for the clarification. The fee being annual instead of monthly seems more reasonable. I might even consider it except I wouldn't be able to trust the establishment to maintain my personal information they would obtain from me. Collecting a fee up front is actually not a bad business strategy. Companies like Tesla, Costco, and insurance companies collect money in advance for their balances sheets. Also, the annual fee provides a nice moat to target a particular customer segment. The downside is what happens if the club closes 6 months after opening. I doubt anyone will be getting their money back.

Also head they are actively trying to bring in girls from out of state (Vegas, etc.) since few high end dancers in Detroit will leave the extras clubs.

You should thank them as well, drunk / buzzed driving has been known to kill people. Hope you never find out what it's like to lose a family member because somebody "thought" they were OK to drive.

I've lost a family member to an asshole who thought he was ok to drive. It sucks can't believe anyone still does it.

Why would anyone pay that kind of money for the privilege of paying the girls to sit and talk to them. Surely there must be some private dance facilities in the club?

If not, they should change the name of the club from the Office to "A fool and his money. ".

Stopped into my favorite club in town. Initially felt like it was going to be one of those nights where I leave with my wallet just as fat as it was when I walked in. Wasn't getting much attention and it wasn't from a lack of trying. Tipped a couple dancers that interested me and asked if we could go VIP to get that "oh sure, I'll come visit you" response, only for them to disappear or go sit with a regular. Eventually Athena approached me and we went back and got BBBJ. Cute little brunette. Told me she doesn't do FS but we all know YMMV. I didn't care because it was one of the best BJ's I had in some time. Nice and sloppy and surprise finish. Very enthusiastic and even complimentary. Good attitude. This is how you get loyal clientele. Wondering if anybody has had more experience with her?

Since I have been reading good things about BT's, I have had good experiences there before made my way over with a buddy of mine. Arrived around 5:00 PM and got a table. Place was busy. Lots of talent. They had a $20 cover which shocked me at that time, but I was there already so whatever. A cute Columbian girl sat with us and after a few drinks my buddy left, and me and the girl made a deal for some fun in the back. $150 for some covered action, tip the bouncer guy $20 and we had our fun. This is when thing take a hard core turn for the worse and I will not go back. Was planning on finishing my last beer before heading up north for the weekend. Table was cleared, beer gone, and someone else was sat there. It happens, find my waitress and ask for a new table but no luck. Place is now packed, and not an open table. Was told I could stand by the bar, or go ask the bouncer for a new table when one opens. I went over asked, but was told "No, I had enough and my evening there was over". I was buzzed, so that was probably the right call anyways. Pay my tab, leave and give my ticket to the Valet. Valet takes off, gives my key to another guy, who then tells me. They are not giving me me keys, I can find a ride home and get them in the morning. That does not work for me, and after some arguing they call the cops and ask me to leave the property. Cops show, and take their side. I am too drunk to drive, but after some more street side legal threats agree to give me my keys if I can get a ride home. My buddy come back, we get the keys, grab some food, grab my SUV and end the evening. So heads up to anyone who is going to BT's. They will kick you out, and try and keep you keys if they want too. You have been warned.

I was told by waitress that they are having a deep clean done because a few of the dancers have tested positive for covid.

Reconfirming that Bogart's was still closed tonight, so that deep clean rumor might have merit.

H8 N was not overpacked but didn't have many dancers. Sunflower and a few others that were detailed recently, maybe 5 girls total?

I keep striking out (which I used to state was impossible at Henry less than 6 months ago), but I rarely can get in there before 10. Have managed to hit it off with the bartenders & servers though since I'm never in back LOL.

Will have better reports next time, going to plan a day run.

Cops show, and take their side. I am too drunk to drive, but after some more street side legal threats agree to give me my keys if I can get a ride home. My buddy come back, we get the keys, grab some food, grab my SUV and end the evening. So heads up to anyone who is going to BT's. They will kick you out, and try and keep you keys if they want too. When you left and encounter the valet, were you staggering around or visibly drunk? If that was the case I can't say I blame the valet, I would love to but I can't. If you leave the club and you seem okay, I can't see them refusing to give you your keys back. Not like they give a a breathalyzer test to every patron.

What you may fail to realize is the liability they are under if they allow a patron to drive knowing they were drunk. It's not just about you getting a DUI or killing someone, if a drunk were to kill or injure a person and the person or family discovered your drunken encounter was from their establishment, the family can sue them for negligence and be held responsible for allowing a drunk to drive. Even a settlement is sufficient from a big money making business. They did the right thing in protecting themselves. Calling the police puts it on record.
