Long time lurker here guys. Thought I'd finally contribute.

You are doing it wrong. Whoever you contact on HX is the one you ask for ratings via PM. Do you think they will remember anything when a dozen guys lining up in the parking lot waiting to fuck their brains out? Also, whoever owns the account, even if their heads are full of coke, will remember your request because they have to open their mailbox again. But then again, some ladies don't like to lengthen their rap sheet, keeping their newbie status.

Sometimes it's worth checking the tab where it shows profiles she's rated to see if she has a good track record of rating back. You'll see some girls are diligent about it, and some barely ever rate back.

Not much you can do about this, besides politely asking later. Try to get providers who have some recent networks so you can see they actually participate in that. Once you get past a certain point, a few ratings, I haven't really been questioned about my network past getting the first 2 or so.

When I first only had K-org ratings I would be asked to confirm that I know they are not asian. LOL Some providers post in their ads that you have to have "recent" references so every couple of months I try to get at least one. It sounds like they might just be saying that so I am probably safe to stop trying to get them.
