It means she's going to charge way too much. According to her ad, you're supposed to text "Premium rates ok" when you contact her.

And neither her ad nor her website mention her prices, so you just know they're going to be over the top.

I guess her angle is she's going for the simps who want to "prove they're worthy" by being able to pay an exorbitant amount for her service.
