Did some shopping this week.

Went to the massage place right across southwestern college, next to wing stop. I was greeted by a cute young Chinese lady dressed in in a top and skinny jeans. HF 0. 6. She escorted me to the room and I undressed. She did a nice massage with medium pressure. Her English is good. We had some light conversation. Her name is Mina and she said she's Chinese with some Japanese, but she looks more Chinese. She's built thin with a small butt. On the flip she did some chest rubs and then noticed junior got up. She asked for HE and I said sure. We discussed tip and she said 0. 5 . I countered with 0. 4 and she obliged. I did hand on OTC butt, and waist. I didn't try for breast. Finished happy and said that there are other younger girls working, so I may come by again. Face masks on for both of us whole time.

Located on H st. Was greeted by a small, cute Chinese lady, her name is Lily or Lili. Looks to be about early 30's. HF 0. 6. She was dressed in a black shirt and leggings. Her butt is small but has some plump. She did a really nice massage with medium pressure. It was a really quiet session and we didn't talk much. I noticed she left the door cracked open. I could hear another older lady talking. On the flip she asked for HE I said sure. She asked 0. 6 and I countered 0. 4 we met in the middle at 0. 5. I got OTC touch on that butt and It felt nice. I tried going for her chest but she said " no bb I touch yours" and she played with my nips while HJ. Good ending. After completion she massage arms, legs, neck, forehead and scalp. I've collected a little more direct data and can say from my sample (based on my girlfriend and business partner) that the girl gets about $22-$25 out of a $60 house fee. And now with AB5 (the 1099 rule) many (not all) are issuing W2's instead of 1099. And so they get a pay stub with withholding etc. Just like a conventional paycheck. I really have trouble believing this is widespread yet or that workers would accept the concept of a conventional paycheck with deductions. But, of course they still get paid by the massage. So the paycheck uses an hourly pay rate like $15 per hour and then the number of hours is a plug number. So if she had 12 massages one week, at a $25 negotiated price that's $300. At $15 per hour rate they would book 20 hours of work. Oh. And one more thing, they would impute a tip (like 20%) and add it to the wages.

Confirmed your payout scheme with a provider. She used to work in these parlors and is now indie. She also said that they , the masseuse, keep all the tips.

I've seen Eva at Diamond Spa for quite some time and she works 6 days / week. She never negotiates nor asks for the tip but the 60 is what people have been giving her according to the reviews and FS is never on the table, similar to CiCi at leisure spa like some people say. But in this case if Eva sees 5 people / day she gets 300/ day which is 1800/ week at the low point. Which could be about 90,000/ year tax free.

I can tell now more people getting the C19 Vax as freeways are now more backed up in afternoon, fortunately for me my GPS routed me off the 94 and I was driving down the main drag in lemon grove when out of the corner of my eye I peeped a "Grand Opening" banner that seems to perpetually hang from every AMP in SD County. I decided to stop in and first thing I noticed was wasn't called "massage" but AA Accupressure. With some leftover funds in my wallet I popped in and was greeted by Cici, after temp check she asked me if I had been there before. I feigned surprise and anger asked her how she didn't remember me from previous four visits (I had never been here before LOL). After profusely apologizing for not recognizing me she led me to a decent room to get comfortable as far as I know was only one there. Cic is late 30's maybe 40's ok body. Ok face. IE your typical AMP girl. I asked for a hard pressure massage and unfortunately that meant elbows on my bones which actually hurt. . after twenty minutes of this she asked me to flip. Somehow a cover magically appeared on me and a CBJ proceeded, for those that read my other reports not a fan of CBJ, I asked for some 69 as was feeling a little hungry. She continued with the lame CBJ and than I had her mount me RCG after few minutes of this finished the session with some mish.

HF $.5, Tip $. Overall not a bad experience except for massage, wasn't rushed and actually had her finish with a decent scalp massage. A few reports from recent weeks:

JW: went in through the backdoor, quiet entrance, small Asian in her 20's answered, didn't get name. Nice small dress on. .5 for hh. Poor massage, very weak, but rubbed her thigh on my shoulder and got me going. Tight ass, could feel under her dress she had no panties on. Great body. The age is mostly predominant in her face, because her body looks like a 25-35 year old. Average massage and services offered after the flip. Got the typical FS package and ended up exploding a little to much and got it all over her dress. Had a nice time and would consider repeating, but prefer the younger ones. Out the door $60.

Got to say that is nothing like Chicago where we did business for 5 years. There it was all 1099. We are about to open a local (probably Temecula) shop and I fear I'll have to go through all this silliness. Crazy California. If anybody has advice or alternative scenarios I'd love to hear it. That said, for better or worse I've always been pretty careful with my taxes. If the IRS started hassling me the wife would find out about the girlfriend and the business. I hear divorce is more expensive than taxes.

I think very few places the girl splits the tip.

It's almost always the case that the tip belongs to the girl and she may or may not get a piece of the house fee depending on the shop and the services offered.

The only exception that I've seen firsthand is a Thai place (no longer around) where the girl was giving some of her tips to the boss. But I think there was repaying of some personal debts going on and it was not the standard practice.

I had known the owner for a couple years and would usually chat with her about Thailand for a few minutes after a session. It was during this time when the girl that had just taking care of me came in and handed some money to the boss. In response to my curious look, she just said she " give back".

She is late twenties probably early thirties. She is eager for your Money LOL. Prob about 5'6 D's (sorry not good on the size thing) . This place does rush as they make more money on thirty min sessions. Its is a high volume place. She is a pro so not sure you can get away with the cam thing. Daisy in CV has bunch of Latinas rotating thru but not real lookers. If you really want a good experience try Hong Kong in TJ you will get some real lookers and the cam thing is no issue there. . JW has some cuties but they are all girls its basically fast food for p*ssy and you can spend upwards of $$ - 4.
