They can tie you to your old account if you use their app on a phone or tablet.

Using their app even on a burner will in fact will give them a lot more info than you probably want them to know.

They cannot track you to a computer unless you don't clear your cookies / plugins / cache or if it uses a static IP address.

Point is, to cover bases I recommend having an extra $5-10 on there to cover the hold of funds (those tend to be released in 3-5 business days so you shouldn't beed to refill those funds).
