Try skipthegames and search the keywords for local cities. Not foolproof, and keyword Albany will still pull up some scans. Schenectady, Rotterdam, niskayuna, Saratoga, Latham, colonie etc. That will at least limit the scams. You probably know this but you have to clear out the last keyword after each search.

Even better, keyword search "518" and it will probably be legit.
