I've heard stories like that but never ran across it in the States; however, during Desert Shield / Storm, there were a few Army ladies raking in cash overseas as guys would pay almost anything for some pussy. It would be procedurally trivial to do a long term stakeout and gather evidence of crimes that occur that occur in a massage parlor or any other business.
