Could you please answer the questions? It is not uncommon for cops to park there and along that street in various lots. It would seem to be an overreaction if the police were in the lot compared to if they were actually in the building. You said in your post that the cops pulled next to you and then turned around and parked.

Did the cops enter the building? Who was your provider? Was there more than one lady working? You stated you heard the same talking in the other room. Came back from a 1/2 hr visit from 220 drew Angela, asked and was hoping if lulu was there she said yes but you try me.
