I have to repeat this again: This has nothing to do with whether Octavia is now a real woman or not (whatever "real" even means). This has nothing to do with whether someone is oversensitive about spending intimate time with a provider who was born with a dick. What's ethical in this context is to not mess with somebody's head if there is even the slightest chance that they're going to discover that you've concealed a fact that some guys (maybe 5%, maybe 25%) would consider a reason not to proceed with a visit.

I am just going to put my two cents in here as someone that has been in this Hobby for decades. I can honestly say that Octavia is an amazing woman NOW and whatever was in the past should stay there.
