Ad was flagged for removal. I'd be skeptical. All those brand new apartments were just built in that area. The rest of the area is older more established neighborhoods. It's Greenfield and a lot of in and out traffic is going to get noticed. Sounds like a sting or a scam to me. Wouldn't get anywhere near it.
