And it wasn't really near anything in an industrial area (I. E. Kind of isolated) so there was very little foot traffic around.

Let me go in and out without running into anyone other than fellow mongers.

I'm surprised they're moving though. They had quite a secure surveillance system set up to monitor the outside at all angles.

Personally, that always gave me some reassurance LOL.

Maybe the pipe burst caused some major water damage.

Their location at Grand was great, here's hoping they pick a spot that isn't so far.

I figured that they might be bailing out given that it was the end of the month. While the location wasn't ideal, it was much better than their short-lived Cicero Avenue annex which was busted almost immediately due to it being located next to a high-traffic streetwalker zone.
