First off, don't listen to that idiot. There have been a few CAMPS that you could get FS, but they're far a few between. Yan comes to mind. Ok basic rule of thumb is kamps give FS, and camps provide a massage with hand release. Take out may be your only option at a camp. The usual limit is as you described unless you find a gem in the pile of rubble. There's only one camp I've been to where FS was provided and that place isn't here in the ATL. A Kamp is where you have to go to get more intimate with a provider than just touchy feely and a HJ.
