I'm assuming you're intention is to get into the kgirl agencies here. Are you in with any in Canada? If so, try asking the booker if they have any connections in LA. You never know what might turn up. If they come through, then that's by far the easiest method. Otherwise, without any k references you will most likely need to rely on personal info to get verified, if that particular agency has that option. It needs to be complicated because, unlike Canada where it's relatively legal (selling sex is, buying is not, can't solicit publicly, etc.), its outright illegal here in the States. Realize that you're also trying to get into a subset of the sex workers that are more selective. If you don't care for kgirls, checkout HX, PD, or any other backpage copycats out there.
