The lessons here (at least 1st time on questionable providers) are as follows:

This is really just so you can check it out (unless you really need to go). 3) If it turns out they have someone there even openly hanging out on the bed when you walk in (such as a GF roommate) tell them they'll need to take a little walk (unless they're joining in) and relatch the door after they leave. They might ask if they can wait in the bathroom while you two do your business (for your girl's security or her roomie's convenience) but better safe than sorry. Insist they leave.
