My dude, similar to you, I only really care about pure hotness, DDG type girls. You cannot look at this like a regular business, and think girls will behave according to fundamental business rules. The times I have seen service get better is when the girl is more "comfortable" with me and "likes" me (obviously after multiple visits). Of course, not all girls will behave like this, as they would have to allow their personal feelings to make a connection with the customer. I could tell that Jamie was not interested in making a connection, so didn't expect a GFE on the initial visit or subsequent visits.
