Thanks for the replies but I made a mistake with my inquiry. The place I was curious about is in fact on the second floor but at 79x Washington not 70x. Actually just a few doors down from the basement shop, Hot Springs. Here is the website for 79x:

Curious if anyone has been? Its on the second floor and apparently appointment only. Location brings back fond memories of the brothel located a few doors down in the basement LOL.

Went there a few months ago, on recommendation of another Monger of places that you can get a BBBJ. Asked whether Candy (BBBJ Girl) was working when I called for an Appointment. Girl answered Yes. That's Candy's second place. The first one is Beech in Belmont. The building in Newtonville has one floor only. Speaking of Candy, she has changed completely. Not much fun anymore. At least not for me.

Ha ha ha. While age is relative and to some just a number. Arthrictic 70 year olds with osteoporosis they are not. Try 43.

I was a little surprised too on the pricing. I think its because they only do 30 min sessions it seems for the time being. But she offered BBFS for 130 but I skipped it for normal ending and left a 40 tip cause it was only 30 min. Maybe I was lucky with setting up appointment, paying in cash, and being very kind when they were dealing with the guy who crashed my session.

For them, Cash and appointments are typical, walk-ins upstaging appointments happen all the time too. Squeezing in FS in 30 minutes at high turnover AMPs happens routinely. I wonder if business is slow because of Covid and a reduced tip is better than a low tip?

New to MA. Find my self around Muzzey from time to time. Does Crystal not have its own entrance? The place looks very inconspicuous, no boards nothing. I've seen a bunch of reviews on Crystal and decided to try it out as my first dream in MA. Has it shut down? Any updates?

The door is to the far left side of the building when facing it from the street. The door leads to interior stairs to the basement.
