I would find that very suspicious! That building does not look like it was built in 1930, more likely 1990's. Each unit would have its own water cutoff. There would be a master cut off for the whole building then each rental section would have it own cutoff. Just like the electrical circuit one for the building and then each sub unit.

Almost sounds like what happened in West Palm Beach AMP, with cops installing cameras in each room. The county inspector told everyone to leave, then installed the camera.

Stopped by DM (Seasons) the other day, paid the standard rate for the hour message. Message was good, teasing was ok but just as we were about to make the flip a non-monger entered the business and asked to go to the back as he needed to find the water shut off. Claimed he was working on renovations at the unit next door. All the girls became very flustered, dude seamed to have little interest in trying to communicate with their poor english skills, so he just helped himself to the back. He left, and my massage resumed but with a nervous and flustered masseuse. Two minutes later, dude come back in, just starts walking down the hall and claimed he was shutting the water off. He walked out the massage continued and I made the flip. Though she was clearly very nervous, she began the standard finish only to be interrupted again by this same individual barging right back in again and claiming he needed to shut the water off for another minute. By then, the experience was ruined. As I was getting dressed, he returned again to shut the water back on. There did seem to be some renovations going on at the adjacent building so his reasons may have been legit but the situation was still uncomfortable for all involved.

I should have checked the post before going to 3rd. She's cute enough with really nice tits and a good Bush which I appreciate but that's it. After rough couple of days at work Wednesday I decided to go to Hopkins which is usually pretty easy in and out. Well when I went in and was directed to second room I knew I had disrupted a fellow monger my apologies. Waited for a bit and when she was done we moved to the first room which I'm glad because that room was freezing and I wasn't getting undressed there. Now the girl was new never seen her younger than normal maybe late 20's hard to tell but good guess. Cute no body but ok. Went for hr. Massage was really good hit all the right spots tickled the taint and whisked the boys from behind. On the flip no negotiations oiled up and she went to work. Stopped in at GF and they were busy. I didn't have extra time so I left. I was at GF a week ago and saw Kaylee. Her massage was more like a back rub. Tease and flip were pretty standard. OTC ok with a little under the bra exploring. After I was turned away at GF I TOFTT at Balance. Opted for HH. 40/20. Therapist a little thick, with nice C cups, probably 40-'s-50's.
