On Saturday about 5 pm, there was a black spinner, short, about 5' or so, long fake pink wig walking on MLK near the hospital towards the stadium. Had that walker stripper strut and dressed accordingly. Seemed odd, but she was walking fast, not stuck in one spot. Had the kid with me, or else I'd have tried to get a closer look.
