Not worth the money. I had a dream few months back and it was more a nightmare. Heavy smoke smell, clutter everywhere, holes in doors and walls. Yes this is in Rockford very nice area. It happens brother. If we let it. It happened in my very first encounter as well, some 20 years ago way before there was an internet database of information! Almost the same scam too. Fortunately, it was through agency with a reputable owner so she sent me a "replacement" without charge. That kind of eased me back into the hobby.
