Created a profile on SA randomly and the amount of traffic I was getting to my profile was shocking. Well, I disagree. We're both veterans (here at least), our experiences couldn't be more different. I have been on SA for 3+ years, I have two profiles that have been on there for that time. I keep them because I think they are 'validated' from SA's perspective, I don't have to worry about getting banned (I am also super careful about what I say to girls on there). There are lots of people running into big problems with getting banned, it is a real pain to recover from that (changing essentially everything one does for their sugar identity).

Perhaps I am left alone also because I don't look like a gullible newbie. I deactivate my profiles when I am not paid up, just so I don't get a bunch of contacts I can't do anything with, and at all times, I keep my profiles hidden from search. This prevents the overseas picture sellers or girls looking for green cards from even knowing I exist. If I go to a girls page, based on my local search, they can see my profile, however.

You are going to have a long wait on that lawsuit and there are many circumstances where rule breaking (even if it's only in the opinion of the business) means you lose your money. Have you ever been kicked out of a hotel for being too loud? Even if you've only been there an hour, your money is GONE. If you accepted the user agreement by joining and paying, that money is never coming back.

Who is going to opt in to the class? That's a dynamic that is applied for essentially every sexual service covered, there's a vulnerability of us as consumers simply because we don't want to be exposed as one.

Its called put all of those egregious items / terms in the TOS that nobody reads, but which act like a binding legal contract. WE write the rules and you agree to follow them. Doubt any reputable attorney would take the case after a good read of the TOS.

Face it: what really terrifies Brandon is having his entire enterprise, and all it's affiliates, completely shut down, permanently. And it will probably happen eventually, which he realizes, so I'm sure he wants to ride the gravy train as long as he can make it last. Putting an aggressive "screening" system in place is meant to project the appearance of being a good corporate citizen and stave off the authorities. Cheating a few of his customers out of their subscriber dues is the least of his concerns, especially since very few will complain.

I doubt SA pays people to put up fake profiles. There are plenty of scammers, rinsers, online only, platonic only, feet pic sellers, findom, femdom, etc profiles already that they don't need to pile on.

Social Media encourages enough "bad actors" to create profiles already without the additional help.
