A few times I've gone to places like BO or MC where it's more of an all inclusive price to get in the door. At these places, is it customary to tip above the $$ entry fee? I usually don't I figure if it's an all inclusive price that that's that. But I don't want to be the cheap jerk that they don't want to see coming in because I don't kick up above the $$. Just wondering what others do at these places.

Tipping is not required or expected at MC. The set price is to eliminate "Tip" negotiations that can ruin a good dream.

Despite the flurry of negative reports on Avalon I booked another massage with her last week. Was met at the door by her dressed in a see through outfit that showed off her DDD bolt ons.
