Some use oil some don't. You can always tell them you prefer that they don't use any oil / lotion. If you prefer to use an oil / lotion you can always take a shower after as well.

So I'm not sure what is convenient for you, but I went to NDS for my first AMP experience (across sandlake from Chilis at Fl Mall). It's $$. 4 for the hour (. 8 to the house and $. 6 to the lady) but it was pretty awesome. Hey Plex, I'm not an expert, but think most experts here would agree that you should go to MC (Massage Connection) just south of Colonial on Semoran. Park behind the building and knock on the door labelled "Spa".

At least with me, no oil was used, as it wasn't really a massage. They do soap you down, but its not a scented soap. I don't know about 10 pops, but sure you can get at least 2. Wow, if you can pop 10 times in 45 minutes, I am jealous!
