Don't sweat about using the wrong tense. Many won't know the difference and several others don't even write in complete sentences anyway all the time, myself included. There are some posts that unless you have the correct Secret Decoder Ring, you will not be able to understand the post at all. It's all part of the fun of the Forum. LOL.

You can edit your post for up to 1 hour if signed in once you are a Senior Member. There will be a button that shows up in your post that you will see.

In the mean time, to proof read your post before submitting, use the Preview Post Button to see what the post will look like. Since there are several grammatical filters that are applied to posts (like not allowing the letter that comes after "X" to be used as a stand alone, it will auto-change it to "why") it is best to look at how it will show when posted and make adjustments accordingly. That's good advice if you want to be as accurate as a 9th Grade English Teacher. LOL.
