After years of not being active in this hobby, the past few months I have tried to get back in. Have been ripped off by several, I felt like an amateur. You were lucky that she showed up 2nd time. Not all of us have that kind of flexibility. Flake is a flake, but I don't believe for a second that she does this on purpose and to hurt anyone. If you can arrange your schedule around her games, she's worth it. She's just that kind of girl. You can't depend on her. So it's good to still expect her flakiness and not make any room arrangements beforehand. But you are right, if you can catch her at least once, she is exactly as you described.
