Just Google Image a few of the photos and you'll find her ads on STG in many cities. Always use that tool when you have one that is TGTBT.

To me that that was either a fake or someone trying to scam you. I'm Not trying to sounds like a know it all, but someone with some experience, but if the pictures look to good to be true, they probably are. And if the location just says downtown that too is a sure give away to me. And if they give measurements are in metric (she didn't) that's a sure giveaway as well. Sorry you had to learn the hard way.

What about the menu didn't live up? I always figure however hot they are in the pics gets ready to knock that down a couple points in person.
