You have a mix there, some look like they might be fake, (namely the first 2) some look like they might be legit (traveling) and a couple are girls I have seen reviewed (although not favorably) Also I wouldn't necessarily say not having a local location is an automatic fake ad, I have seen many traveling girls who put a generic location and use the same ad in every city they go to (uptown, my hotel, etc).
