It's not part of the services openly offered by the business. If you ask for an HE and don't get one, then maybe you need ask why it isn't openly on the menu and why you didn't get one. Generally speaking, HE is illegal in most municipalities. So if you don't get anything sexual, maybe your provider doesn't feel like breaking the law. Or maybe they don't like you.
