Seems as if SA has a hierarchy of "offenses," and the degree to which they limit your continued participation depends on the level of transgression. When SA shut me down, I tried those 3 things above and successfully created a new account. They want your money; they're not going to make it too hard for your re-join.

I guess some pissed off pros decided to report me. My fault for allowing any discussion of allowance or expectations on the site itself. Just a reminder to you all to not get lazy. Best way is to use Snapchat so messages disappear and you can see if they screen shot your discussion.
On another note any recommendations on how to get back on? I thought maybe using a gift card and new email to subscribe would work. Any thoughts?

The thing that has always gotten to me is that the SB's somehow think their time is more valuable than mine for a meet and greet. I am fine covering the cost of a nice dinner / bottle of wine / uber to meet / etc. As a show of good faith but expecting an allowance on top of that for an hour or two of your time? No thanks.
An initial meet is like a job interview. If they are not sucking my dick or legs spread by the end of it they do not have the job and no future dates coming their way. (Perhaps I should preface this with I have done some initial meets with zero expectations of continuing afterwards. Coffee date in the middle of the day for 15 mins to check her out before even wanting to invest in dinner or if she is super skittish / paranoid / seems new or sweet and wanting to make sure I am normal. But that's a different story).
