I can't speak about the Canadian pharmacy, but if cost is the main issue (and you can get a prescription from your doctor), you can use a discount card site (goodrx.com) which can be used in a lot of places. Through my insurance the daily tadalafil (generic Cialis) was costing me over $140 for 3 months. With GoodRX at Shaw's it's $15. I think the list price there is only $28 or so, so even without the discount card it's still cheap, and local chain pharmacies will be much more reliable.

In Canada, Cialis® (tadalafil) is also a class VI (prescription) drug so unless you presented the pharmacy with a written prescription or had some sort of interaction with a Canadian doctor (phone call, email), the odds are substantial that what you receive, if you receive anything at all, will be counterfeit. I can attest to this. Back in like 2008 I went on their website and filled out my info but I never ended up ordering anything from them. They still call me to this day. Calls aren't as frequent anymore but I still get them. Maybe 2-3 a month. I just block the number every time.
