Went over to west in weho the day before New Year's Eve and all in all I had a good time. Showed up and they say closed but you just knock and they let you in. .5 to mamasan and in I went. 2 people in my small office have COVID on this latest wave, and 1 of those is questionable if they'll make it. The worst one likely got it from son who is frontline worker and also just came down with it; however, it's also possible she got it from the spouse of her relative she visited, who was (is?) in denial about the virus / masks / distancing / etal, but also just came down with it. The other got it from a family member who she was caring for. We've been practicing safe measures with masks and distancing since March, so we are hoping we've avoided further transmission. Will still be sterilizing the office this week as a precaution.
