Which night and time are the BSW's and WSW's out the most?

Not sure about night because I actually monger SW's in the daytime or late afternoon, as long as it is still light out. 12/17/2020, around midnight.

Was cruising around because I couldn't sleep, figured I'd swing by the area. Saw 1 skinny WSW on the corner of 6th and G right in front of greyhound.
